Thus gar, I have had a great experience with ATT. This is my first time using ATT and the man that came out to set everything up was very, very nice, quick and efficient. He actually went over and beyond to set everything up for us. We were very grateful. Also, setting everything up over the phone was great as well. I have no complaints.
I have enjoyed being an AT&T customer for years and my experience with the installer and sales people has continued the quality service I expect.
The technicians were nice but I was not able to receive the service because they could not assess the property.
So far my at&t experience is great. I sometimes have problems with my connection to my game but its still dependable and customer service staff is awesome they are so caring and nice and they solve whatever problems I call with.
The installation process went well! My internet speed is doing great so far! As of today, I am glad I decided to switch to AT&T!

I have internet and voice. My internet is really fast unlike other company. I watch a plenty of movies, I've got turbo max and its really great.

I recently moved and seitched from Comcast to AT&T. I am loving the AT&T UVerse and internet. I thought the Internet would be slow and cable would be in and out like Comcast, but this is GREAT service!!! Much better than Comcast. I'm happy I switched.

my service was installed on may 21, 2015. the phone has gone out three times, and currently, both the internet and phone are out. I've called the technician who did the installation, and I haven't been able to get him to come back, even though when he left, he said to call him and not the 800 number- it would be quicker. quicker than what? I am so frustrated!!! paying for something that doesn't work!!

We are satisfied in comparison to the Comcast service my wife and I got rid of. As for my only complaint, we asked for the same package we had last year, but they did not include the HD channels in the package we received this time. So, as a temporary solution we received HD for 3 months. Over all, much better service that Comcast. We're satisfied.
The salesman on the phone said it was lightning fast. I had it hooked up 2 weeks ago. So far, I have not experienced lightning fast, but I did experience a "timed out" when trying to make a purchase online.
I am not happy with the universe Internet. The wireless connection is horrible!

Happy with the installation and the service,it was raining the day the guy came and he was exactly on time,had to work in the rain for over an hour and did not track one drop of water in my house. He was clean,respectful and did not look like a crackhead. He installed and explained the equipment and went so far as to put my cell phone on the wifi. The cable and internet service work so good I am thinking of moving my phones to AT&T fron Tmobile. Former Dish customer forever,will never go back. Thanks AT&T.

The customer service in the line was excellent. However, it took about 15 minutes of holding before I was connected. Lastly once an hour it seems my cable goes out for a half second then turns back in. Not sure if it's a bad connection or what the deal is exactly. The picture and channel selection is great though.

Install, equipment & service all done the day it was first scheduled!. Not only that, I received on the day the very helpful & courteous install man came. (very promptly that morning i should add) With other internet providers I would of had install scheduled, then had not just 1, but 3, yes i said 3 different men come & tell me it cant be done cause of some issue with "a box" that was supposed to be put in months ago. I waited 1 month & 2.5 weeks for other provider to accomplish this. Here on month 3 & 1 week....surprise still nothing. With AT&T i saved not only money on the package, but you could say AT&T saved me from a whole lot of phone calls, weeks of waiting, & the never really knowing if I will get service. You Rock AT&T. BTW...Net Speeds Are Super Fast!
The technician was wonderful, very knowledgeable, polite and professional. The service is great. I have the 18 Gbs service and speedtest is getting 18-20. Awesome.
The service fast, especially considering the difficulties they had because of vines growing on the telephone pole. Ten days later there have been no problems, and the Pro level is sufficient for us. Just one thing: We were not given a manual or a set of instructions for the modem/router/Wi-Fi unit, and I wonder if we will need it later.
When I initially signed up for service (which was on a Friday), I was told it would be installed within 3-5 business days and that I would receive an email with my installation date and time. I did not receive any such email over the weekend, which was frustrating but not entirely surprising. During the following week, I received a phone call from AT&T stating they needed more information regarding my request for service. I promptly returned the message, and the woman who helped me stated that my request had been canceled with no explanation or note. She then assisted me to set up a new installation appointment, which would not be until after Labor Day (a full week later). The first date and time I was unassigned did not work for my schedule, so the installation was pushed back another day. On the scheduled day, the technician called promptly at the beginning of the time frame (1-3) to state he was on his way and was making one interim stop. He arrived around 2:30, which I found acceptable. However, it took 6 hours before my internet was up and running, which included a period of several hours during which my landlord's phone line was disconnected because of AT&T's confusion regarding my address (I explicitly stated that the service was not for the main address but for the Rear Apartment at that address). Overall, I am glad to have internet. I am disappointed in essentially everything else.

My apartment did not have a line running to the house for internet like AT&T said, so they had to spend 5 hours at my apartment fixing it. Now that the internet is working I have no problems.

Very disappointed with the installation . Wires were not hidden and loose wires in backyard. I felt like installer could have been more thorough, placed wires where they were out of sight and removed the splitter so that the phone would not have been static.
well I just get the internet a week ago and everything works great.
I am really enjoying my new internet services. It is better than the past internet services we have used....Keep up the great work AT&T....
