The man who installed my internet was so patient with me and that he had to wait for me to get off work. Then after having a couple of troubles with the internet boxes( installing the 3rd one finally worked) he hung around to make sure that it was going to continue to work. He made the experience comfortable and was easy to talk to! Ever since then the Internet has been great and I have never had any trouble connecting or any slowing down, even with 3 xboxs hooked up to the router. All and all it was a great experience and I will continue to be witht this company.
