Overall I like my service, the people were great the only issue I had was with billing, I was told three different amounts for my bill and in the end none of them were correct. I recommend AT&T but make sure your billing is correct and you totally understand what you are being charged for.

Everything went fine. The signing up for service went well. The person I dealt with listened to my needs and ensured that I got the best service for my rather limited area. The people came to bury the cable and that was fine. The only glitch was that when the box arrived with the equipment there was only two phone lines, no modem. So I called and then had to go to the local AT&T store which was busy and wait for a modem. The guy I called about the modem was very apologetic and stayed late to ensure that my modem and service was installed on that day. I felt that was very sweet as the service was needed for a work from home issue and needed to be installed very soon. So everyone I dealt with was caring and professional. Perfect would have been having the necessary equipment, but it was an issue that was fixed easy enough. Thank you for listening!
