Well the only problem that I had was a set for an appointment and then got a call stating I had to reschedule because the technician couldn't finish the job because client had to leave. That was not true, technician never showed up. Then I called att back and the representative gave me a credit for the technician fee. But other than that issue. I like my service.

The internet service is great!! However, the setup process sucks!! I called AT&T for service and scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out and install. After taking off work and waiting 3 hours for technician to come out, I called customer service and was informed that it was a self-install. Seriously?? On the date of self-installation, a technician called to say he was at my home to check the wiring. Again, I leave work and 2 1/2 hours later my internet was working. The technician was great, but AT&T's scheduling needs some work!!

Good internet and price, however customer service was less than the best. I was on hold for an hour one day and told I had an internet connection when I did not 10 days later a service man came to fix the line and I had to call twice to get the line burred. Also I was mailed and charged for a modem when I stated I did not need one.

I installed my service and I am thrilled with AT&T internet. I live in Northern OKC, my family lives in Moore OK. I never lost internet service during the horrible tornado. I was able to help friends who live out of state know where the tornado was via facebook.So they knew when the danger was over for their family members. I could let friends and family know when I made connected with my children and granddaughter. I can't wait till T.V. service is available in my area. I will be one of the first to sign up. I've had to make several calls about my cable service not working. You guys came out once for a service call. My remote takes forever to turn the on the tv, the technician said it would be easy, just one button to turn everything on, untrue. we spend too much time juggling between at&t-power-tv-power and on and on. The customer service has been professional for the most part and we like the bells and whistles that come along with the cable.
