AT&T is amazing!! We watch Netflix and do a lot of streaming on our T.V. and phones. The picture on the T.V. and our devices are crystal clear. It takes just seconds to load. I'm very happy to have switched from Cox to AT&T. Chad our installer was great too. He answered all my questions and was on time with the times that he was said to be here. He even left his number so if we had any questions or problems we could call him for help. Your customer service was awesome too. I'm very happy with our services and AT&T as a company. Thank you for your awesomeness. Keep up the good work. :)

The installation and everything was great. Our installer Chad was amazing and even with some difficulties in our HOT attic he was a great guy! He also had to deal with the movers here at the same time so it took him a few minutes to explain stuff to me in-between getting the movers situated. Everybody we talked to on the phone about getting service was very helpful as well. They weren't pushy on getting us to sign up for a bigger plan with more channels than we would know what to do with. We just moved back to the states from Germany and we were very interested in finally actually having TV for the first time in four years. We now have a four year old and a two year old so we also wanted to get them some nice learning shows. We were told that U-family would be great for us. It is great for the us and the kids to a point though. For the kids they get a good amount of channels but we just figured they would get Disney JR since they are younger that appeals to them a little more than the regular Disney Channel. Also one morning I wanted to check out a show on FX or USA and I found out that we don't have any of those basic channels I was used to before we left for Germany. It was a real bummer for us as adults to get some adult shows, HGTV, but there were some that we really were interested in that we aren't able to access. With this being the first time back with TV we didn't want to go over board with a monthly payment so we will just have to adapt and maybe upgrade after awhile. We will see if we can get football games in the fall! :) The Internet is great! We had semi slow Internet over in Germany so having great speed is such a change for us! So far I'm glad we went with at&t and would definitely recommend them to people we know.

Love the AT&T cell service. I travel a lot for work and get great connection majority of the time. I pay my bills through the all as well and love the fact that it's easy to find everything I need within the app. My only complaint is that I wish they offered unlimited data.

We are very happy with our UVerse services. The installer was friendly and explained the DVR to me. I love the wireless receivers and being able to rearrange a room with worrying about a cable outlet. I'm saving $80 a month. So in summary, more channels, faster internet, a DVR, free long distance and cheaper! Hooray for me!

Installation was quick! Still waiting for the cable to be burried but I guess that takes a little longer. Had an issue with my cell phone not allowing me to make any phone calls since the change. Emergency calls only. But ATT was great at fixing that problem too. Uverse internet works great, however, got my initial bill and have been charged $10.00 a month more than I was quoted on the phone when I was setting up the new service. Gotta call them to find out what's up with that.
