After 3 or 4 phone calls we finally got someone to listen to us, internet was working fine until they came out to do work outside and bury a cable, after that no internet. We could not get a machine or person to get it. I think it was the 4th call that they finally sent a person out to fix the problem. It is really frustrating to try and explain a problem to a machine when a human would get it within the first sentence. When your situation cannot be explained with the choices a machine gives you and all you do is get further into the abyss. When we did speak to a person they would check everything out and want us to unplug and plug even though we had explained we had already done this twice for all the other people we had spoke with. I hate calling AT&T and would rather take a beating, they aren't the only one, but they are the one I have to deal with on TV and Internet problems. The whole business world seems to be conducted with automated systems and by the time you reach a human you are either grateful or ready to scream, unfortunately it happens to be the human that you take it out on, although I have yelled at the automated system. It really does not good, they don't understand your response.
