Installation took much longer than I anticipated, but I believe it was due to their thoroughness and our unique trilivel home. It was been well worth it. Installer and his manager worked diligently and courteously to meet all our requests, to minimize cable sights in and around home and figure out the best arrangement of their equipment for our home. I am very pleased with picture quality and internet service; I believe it is improved over our previous provider.

After years with a cable company, we finally switched to AT &T and now we keep asking why we didn't do it sooner. Our home internet is fast and reliable. We had trouble the first day we got it and Uverse sent an awesome tech out who found the issue and it has been great ever since. I just wish we could get Uverse TV here as well.

Seemed to easy at first. Three days in our "gateway" we paid $100 for broke. Told us it would be 2 weeks before they could get a tech out. I called back the next day trying to cancel our services (because this was ridiculous to me) and they sent someone out the very next day. Now it works great. So my advice is if you have problems, you may try and cancel so you can talk to the retention call center employees. They are very helpful. The tech that came out to replace the gateway was on-time and also very helpful.

I had called to cancel a previous order that didn't go through due to my credit and the lady on the phone told me the service was already cancelled. Three days later my dad ordered the same service for my apartment and it was all good and finalized, no hidden charges. The day my internet was scheduled to turn on (a week later), i called AT&T and they had the audacity to say my previous order wasn't cancelled yet and my new order won't be ready til the following Monday. (another week) No matter what i said they could not get it for me any sooner because every single person i talked to on the staff failed to do what they said. I still currently do not have internet and i have already gone over on my AT&T phone service due to the lack of internet in my home. I am completely unhappy with this company and would not recommend it to anybody.
