At the beginning I asked for a specific way for our TVs to be set up. The first man to come out was very nice and did what he could but it seems that trying to sync the controls with the two separate TVs did not completely work. I called for assistance and the robo man tried to sync the remotes and then the young lady also did the same thing but neither helped. She decided I needed a new remote but it wasn't the one that would have been need EVEN if I needed a new one! Finally I called again on 10/7 and spoke to a young lady that wanted to try to solve my problem again over the phone. I told her all I wanted to do was have someone come out that knew how to sync the remote with the TV so I could use them separately and in the same room as I've done for the last 15 yrs while using Dish. A young man named came out today and listened to what I had to say and took care of the problem! He was polite and very accommodating. Sometimes trying to solve problems over the phone just don't work! I know you are a big company but get rid of the robo guy and give us real people to take too soon rather than later, please!!!??? Thank you!

I have had internet service for about a week. The setup took longer than expected because of complications with wiring, but the technician who came out was very helpful and explained everything. The internet has been reliable so far, and I hope that it stays that way.

I never heard of this product until I moved out by myself with my son. I knew I want Internet and was talking around. My neighbor told me how cheap and fast this product was. Also she told me how great the customer service was. I couldn't believe people were so nice. So a week later I find myself giving it a go. Everyone was friendly. While purchasing the product over the phone, the lady was so patient and friendly, for I had a lot of questions. I couldn't believe this. So when my product finally shipped, I was trying to install and had to call the help line. The gentleman on the phone was super understanding for I had no idea what I was doing. We must have been on the phone for half an hour. He let me try anything and everything to make my product work. Of course I was getting frustrated, but he reassured me that it would get fixed or I would receive my money back in full. So I had to have a service tech come out and figure out the problem. He was super nice and even entertained my one year old son. I was super nervous about letting a man in my home, but he was so calm and natural. Turns out someone had cut my wire, so he did temporary wiring until someone could come ground my wires. A week later, someone did ground my wires within minutes. The AT&T U-Verse company is a company for you and me. I would recommend anyone and everyone. I thank each and everyone of you for your hard work and dedication. It's been a pleasure!

The technician that came out to hook up my u verse was very polite and explain everything to me. I had DLS at my other place that I was not happy with at all I just had problem all the time trying to pay on line couldn't do it than would call and wanted to charge me 5.00 each time of making a payment. They were very prompt to connect my internet. I had it for 2 days and it quit working so I called but it could not be fixed via telephone. They sent someone out the next day and as it turns out it was the main line on the transformer that was the problem. They also came out within 5 days to bury my line. I was very pleased with the way they did their jobs.
