The technician was awesome! He spent around 4 hours hooking up Internet and uverse. He re-wired the existing wiring that was not done correctly. Very happy with uverse and Internet. I have much better internet!!

The AT&T technician had to work out in the pouring rain for over an hour to get my internet connection working. He never complained and made sure not to leave a mess in my house as he came in and out several times. He was very professional. The site where AT&T checks the connection was temporarily down, so he left a cell number where I could reach him directly the next day if I had any issues connecting. There were no further issues, but I was very happy to have a way to connect with him directly (instead of calling the 1-800 number and going through the entire impersonal "how can we help you" process). Overall, a good experience. :)
