So I want to start out by saying I have no issues with my TV and internet service whatsoever and I would recommwnd it to friends and family. That being said my 2 star rating comes from the customer service I have received. First I was quoted the wrong price for my services. I was told my total bill would be $128.61, but when I got my first bill it was $20 more expensive. This was because they quoted me the price of the TV only and did not add in the price of the internet service. So I was a little shocked when I saw the first bill. They also did not add in my Barnes Hospital discount I should receive because I am an employee there after I told them multiple times about my employment. (That was part of the reason I even got AT&T). I will be calling their customer service line soon to have this all sorted out, so hopefully I can say later that this was all corrected. Also, when we were being installed there was a problem with the lines connecting my apartment and the apartment next to us, something with the lines being shared and we haven't have anyone out to correct the problem as of yet. It has been about 3 weeks. I would recommend the service, just make sure they quote the right price and set your service up correctly.

so far so good. I just have internet because I am a poor college student but I am very happy with the speed and connectivity. I think its been great. Also, I was able to pay for a few months in advance which is helpful when living off of loans! Very happy with my decision thus far.

Ordered Internet through AT&T and they were supposed to send me a kit to install myself. Sent it to the wrong address and I had to drive an hour away to pick the kit up at the UPS station. I was very frustrated but they took the installation fee off my bill and when I called for help on installing the kit they were very helpful.
