At first I was very upset with AT&T. Whoever set up my installation screwed the day and time up so I had no internet when I was expecting and needing it. I talked to a manager finally after an hour on the phone and set the installation up for a week later. The manager and the installer did a great job however the first person who I initially set this up with told me I would get a $25 prepaid Visa that I have not received. I don't necessarily need a $100 reward card but I would appreciate what I was told I was going to get. Thank you,

ATT Technician extremely experienced and knowledgeable as well as courteous and professional. I was a new customer with cable installation including drilling holes in walls for jacks. The cables ran outside the house along the back wall of the house. The work was done very neat and blended in well with the outside paint of the house. The technician ensured I was comfortable with the TV remote, installed my internet and left me a wireless TV box for my soon newly purchased TV upstairs. Overall a GREAT experience.

After the Tech guy come out the the second time, the first one was a rookie. He installed the phone line and got us up and running.
