It took a bit longer than expected since it was the day Uverse went down. The manager had to come out for help which I think he did nothing but cause more problems. The reason I give this 4 stars is because the original guy was very friendly and considerate. He knew we had to leave and did his best to accommodate and gave me a personal contact with AT&T just in case. Also I have had no issues going forward. Overall I am very happy with the provided service.

A costumer rep was rude and could not explain to me what I didn't understand. My equipment took a week to arrive. I was told a tech would come out anytime between 8 to 8 pm then I was told no tech would be coming so I waited all day for a tech for nothing. So. my experience with at was horrible

Received modem/router and tried to self-install with no luck. Later discovered they changed my activation date without telling me, and they also sent a technician out without giving me advanced notice so I was not at home. When I made a new appointment for a technician to come, I waited at home for the four hour window (4-8) they gave me but no one ever showed or called. When I called to make another appointment they told me they cancelled my appointment and I could schedule something a WEEK later. Ended up calling again the next day and said I was fed up and I needed someone out as soon as possible because I need the internet for my job. Luckily they came the next day and the technician they sent was extremely nice and helpful and she got everything sorted. She was the one who told me they changed my activation date without telling me. Internet service seems good so far but it was a headache getting everything activated.

I switched from regular cable and so far I love it!! I don't have to worry about losing a signal or a big satelite dish on the side of my building. The menus are easy to use for my son. As a bonus, the gentleman who came and installed my service was very friendly. He showed up on time and made sure me and my son were able to use our new service to its full capacity. I was very pleased. You guys now have a new long time customer.

Although it had a rough start and has been only 4 days, I am very happy with my U-verse connection. great service and service technicians are on site in an acceptable timely manner. the hardware we recieved a month ago however, wasnt the best. it was faulty which is why i had to see a service technician. even though it was kind of a bummer especially for how expensive the hardware is (and its only self installation), atleast they were at my apartment within 24 hours. got a 10 dollar credit towards my account but its not showing up on my account. also was told we would recieve a 25 dollar visa gift card and we have yet to see that. i think the service is just too much of a hassle, expensive for what your getting, and service goes in and out. this is specific to living in downtown stl area which has alot of wireless signal interruptions already as it is. but still iits alright...
