Installation was uneventful. The Tech answered all questions and made sure the service was working before he left. He also let me know an Outside Tech was dispatched to fix an interference problem even though the serves seemed to be working OK. another coworker is trying to get AT&T service after I explained how well things went.

My setup day was on a friday and after having two technicians over within two days they finally figured out that the brand new modem was bad. They told me someone would get ahold of me later that day to setup an apointment to get a new modem. So finally I called them back Monday afternoon. I told them that I was not going to pay for the " professional installation" that they were charging me $100 for because me having to call 2 days later to setup the install is hardly professional. They came out the next day and got it going so props for that. I hope this isn't how it is going to be for the rest of my service?? Of they wanted to get more customers they should set themselves apart from the other guys. We'll see??
