The service is great the installer was very nice and efficient. I had a problem with the outside line here at Clear Water Commons, but that was taken care of and I have had no other problem.

Internet-service hook up with great. BUT THE VOICE SERVICE hook up was not good. The installer did not call or show at all. That morning I call in talk to a technical support person. She tried to help, but the service would not work. Some one call after 6pm to set up a time when a installer would come. The wires was not connected to the house. The whole thing was upsetting. Was getting ready to go to a different services.

It took a long for installation (>3 hours). The technician was helpful in setting up my equipment and troubleshooting problems.
HD didnt come installed, DVR doesnt work, the service took over 3 hours for installation, my first bill has multiple errors on it, sales person was pushy, and overall just very poor first month experience. Have been to busy to call yet but extremely frustrating for it to be this poor of a process.

I've been with AT&T for several years for personal service and have had mminimal issues. I went with at&t for my business needs because I was satisfied with the product and service. However, I have yet to be impressed with services for my business. I've had three representatives work with me and the issue still is not resolved. The tech worked on the wrong suite and stated that he did not have a suite number for me. That information was given when the appointment was made. I am less than impressed and more than surprised.

Love my U-verse Internet Max Pro. I haven't used the voice. Making an appointment for installation was a bit tedious but ATT was able to send someone out the next day.

Great service and wonderful installation techs
The customer service rep on the phone was extremely polite and informative. I enjoyed working with her. A previous phone call to the other company I was dealing with was very unpleasant so this was very uplifting to deal with someone so nice. The installation gentleman was polite, very considerate of tracking leaves, water,etc. while going back and forth, and explained what he was doing as he did it. He explained the services I had the instructed me how to use anything I was unclear about. All-in-all it was a very pleasant experience.
I tried a self-install and my phone line wasn't connected to my house. I called and they came out the same day to fix it, on a Sunday might I add. It had to be resolved the next day and they finished it the next day with the same technician coming out.
At first we had a lot of issues with our connection, but the tech service guy who initially set up the router was very helpful and reassured us that the problem will be fixed. He hadn't seen the issue we had before, but he did not give up until the problem was fixed. Very thankful for his help.
At first I was unsure of becoming an AT&T customer, I am almost a month in and so far I have not experienced any problems with the Internet nor service. Although, I still believe the price of watching TV should not be too expensive, not only as a new customer but even more as one that would like to stay with the company for years to come.

I had a great and knowledgeable technician come to my home for my installation. He was quick to service and very respectful to my home. This is not the first time that I've had att. I've always had a wonderful experience with the staff. The only thing that holds me back from a 5star rating is the poor navigation of the automated system when trying to reach either customer service or technical support.
I love U Verse tv! At&t has so many great plans to choose from! And at great prices. We have had U Verse for a few years and it has never given us any problems, like some of our previous providers. I always suggest AT&T to all my friends!

I was having a problem with signing in to register. I called and they sent a technician. He fixed the problem and even changed my phone jack to get a better connection. When he walked in the door, the first thing he did was to put on shoe covers! I am so far very pleased. All employees have been great with making sure all my questions were answered.
The gentleman that did our installation was superb. He was quick, while explaining his entire process to me as he went from step to step. He helped me create our online profile. Additionally he gave us tips since we're new U-verse customers. He was extremely friendly and incredibly professional. We would definitely recommend U-verse as well our installer to our friends and neighbors.
AT&T came out and did an excellent job. The signal is strong and the installer was on time and polite.
Our installer was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. One note.....it would be good to have your installers wear some sort of shoe cover/protectant when walking through the house. That is (at this point in time) my lone concern with the installation process. We don't wear our shoes in the house so it would have been nice to have the installer's shoes covered while he was walking upstairs, downstairs and throughout our home. Thank you

The service was excellent, both in-person and over the phone. I actually had to have a new line installed as well as some other components, but the technician, Antwon, was really professional and completed everything in the same day! Once my modem had connected, he even made sure that I could connect to the wi-fi connection. Great experience.

I am really excited about being an AT&T customer. I was a customer six years ago before I moved. At that time, AT&T only offered phone service in the area that I moved to. Now, they offer phone, internet and TV. I couldn't be happier with my service! The Technician was professional, timely and very helpful.

I was more then pleased with all the help I received when I found out that I wasn't getting the speed I was paying for. I wish I knew the names of the two gentleman and I one lady that helped me when I called for help to set up my high speed internet. They stayed on the line with me until the problem was solved. I also received an email from I believe Katie who sent me her email in case I needed additional help. When I needed the second installer to come out he was here early the next day. All I can say is WOW!! Very impressive!👏
Customer service at the ordering department was very frustrating however the last gentlemen that help me (5 in total) was able to correct the problems and get my order correct. Instillation was a smooth process and I have enjoyed the service since installation.

So far So good! I haven't had any trouble with the internet service... had an issue with the billing though, they fixed it.
The DSL INTERNET meets my daily needs and at first I had some technical issues with the Internet going out, however ATT did fix the issue very quickly. I chose ATT for their reliability. My only complaint is bhow expensive the DSL is in comparison to other companies with speeds 3x higher than what ATT offers.

AT&T was very helpful when setting up our wifi. I called and the man I talked to was very friendly. He made the phone call very simple and short. When our wifi was installed, the man was very helpful as well and gave us a lot of information regarding our services. I am very happy having AT&T as our wifi provider.

I really like my AT&T service. I've had it for about two weeks & it's great. The Internet is extremely fast & I love it! The basic cable is exactly that, a lot of channels but not anything worth watching. I'll probably upgrade to a package with more channels if it's not too expensive. The only real complaint is when I initially signed up they offered a free month of HD channels but charged me for it, which I dont think is fair, but il be canceling it.

I have had AT&T U-Verse TV and Internet for just over a week, I am enjoying it immensely however, the customer service rep who initially assisted me with the entire ordering process was let's just say they were a little less than honest about he pricing I was quoted. The bill I received was not what I expected but it is still an affordable package. AT&T is a great source of entertainment and has a very wide variety of things to choose from. I like it way better than Comcast!

Our experience with AT&T Uverse has been great. Once we signed up, TV and internet was installed within a couple of days. There was a slight issue with our HD selection, but was resolved with one simple phone call. We've enjoyed our large selection of channels :)

My u-verse was installed on Saturday, August 31. The tech was there for 2 1/2 hours and had trouble getting everything set up, probably because of a previous setup from Comcast years ago. I was hoping to have my living room set be wireless, but he couldn't get it hard-wired properly in the bedroom to achieve that goal. If I understand him correctly, I will have to purchase another wireless so that I can mount my TV on the wall. This doesn't seem to be how it shoud be and I'm confused by this problem.

I just started on my own plan for AT&T Uverse and there were quite a few hitches along the way. I was sent a router which was not supposed to happen. Fortunately, AT&T paid for it to be sent back. Second, I could not make an account to save my life because of an error message that came up every time I tried. So I emailed support and they basically just told me to make an account after I had already said I was unable. So I sent a new email telling them that had happened to which they responded with, literally, the exact same email back. So I abandoned that road and chatted with a representative online who told me the same thing again. Once I had explained to her that did not work, she transferred me to the IT help chat. Finally I was put through to Manju (that's all I got of their name), who was my saving grace and basically just gave me a link to a separate way of signing up. I am satisfied with the service I am now receiving, it was just a journey to get here.
I am a new customer with AT&T and I have the uverse Internet and so far everything has been great I have no complaints the customer service reps were very patient and understanding and easy to work with .... They were able to get me the most comfortable monthly plan that I could afford although I am only new to this company I must say I am truely pleased with my service currently .... Thank you AT&T !
Customer service told me I should get the Geek Squad for help to set up my internet...I couldn't even contact them so my $20 was wasted....I'm on SS so can't afford to lose money!
