AT&T was very helpful when setting up our wifi. I called and the man I talked to was very friendly. He made the phone call very simple and short. When our wifi was installed, the man was very helpful as well and gave us a lot of information regarding our services. I am very happy having AT&T as our wifi provider.

I really like my AT&T service. I've had it for about two weeks & it's great. The Internet is extremely fast & I love it! The basic cable is exactly that, a lot of channels but not anything worth watching. I'll probably upgrade to a package with more channels if it's not too expensive. The only real complaint is when I initially signed up they offered a free month of HD channels but charged me for it, which I dont think is fair, but il be canceling it.

I have had AT&T U-Verse TV and Internet for just over a week, I am enjoying it immensely however, the customer service rep who initially assisted me with the entire ordering process was let's just say they were a little less than honest about he pricing I was quoted. The bill I received was not what I expected but it is still an affordable package. AT&T is a great source of entertainment and has a very wide variety of things to choose from. I like it way better than Comcast!

My u-verse was installed on Saturday, August 31. The tech was there for 2 1/2 hours and had trouble getting everything set up, probably because of a previous setup from Comcast years ago. I was hoping to have my living room set be wireless, but he couldn't get it hard-wired properly in the bedroom to achieve that goal. If I understand him correctly, I will have to purchase another wireless so that I can mount my TV on the wall. This doesn't seem to be how it shoud be and I'm confused by this problem.

I just started on my own plan for AT&T Uverse and there were quite a few hitches along the way. I was sent a router which was not supposed to happen. Fortunately, AT&T paid for it to be sent back. Second, I could not make an account to save my life because of an error message that came up every time I tried. So I emailed support and they basically just told me to make an account after I had already said I was unable. So I sent a new email telling them that had happened to which they responded with, literally, the exact same email back. So I abandoned that road and chatted with a representative online who told me the same thing again. Once I had explained to her that did not work, she transferred me to the IT help chat. Finally I was put through to Manju (that's all I got of their name), who was my saving grace and basically just gave me a link to a separate way of signing up. I am satisfied with the service I am now receiving, it was just a journey to get here.
