The process was easy and the installation guy was really helpful. The only issue I had to make it under 5-stars was that my installation time was changed to a time I couldn't be available and I had to switch the date and wait an additional 3 days. Sales experience was fine, install was fine, support department was AWFUL!!! I wish I could rate each individually. Sales and installation went smoothly. No issues and friendly people. We had a few issues with setting up the new DSL on our equipment because we were trying to use our existing ATT account id with the new service (which ATT says can be done). We spoke to several different people, most of whom were very rude, all of which were completely unable to accomplish the task. 5 hours later we realized they were incapable of properly supporting their product and scrapped the plan and just set up a new account. I don't consider myself by any means a "computer guy" so it's pretty frustrating when I go through 3 levels of support and I still know more than the person on the other end of the line. Who are they hiring?? They're obviously reading off a page and have zero actual experience. Overall I went with 3 stars average because 2 of the 3 departments were helpful. But once service is sold and installed, they clearly don't put much emphasis on finding quality people for support. I'd give that department a -1 or -2 stars if that's possible. If you experience issues with setup in terms of hardware or software configuration, take my advice and call in a favor from a friend or family with computer experience rather than deal with ATT's staff. You'll save yourself a lot of time and aggravation.
