When signing up for the internet services the people on the phone were very helpful with the explanations of the offers. Installation was fast, the man was hardly here for an hour and we had internet . He also explained how we could change our wireless name and password.

Everyone and was very helpful. In particular there was a tech named Bianca who helped me. The level of service she performed and knowledge she provided is by far the best customer service I have ever received. Absolutely Horrible so far! Hopefully that will change. After I ordered my service I was told it would take 3 days for installation. Three days later noone comes. My wife was there all day waiting for them. Then I call and they tell me that the order was scheduled for 11 days later, without anyone contacting me to even inform me. The day comes and the installation is complete and the guy leaves. However, noone checks that its actually working. And it isnt. So I call att again. They apologize to me and say they can have someone out in a couple days which is fine. My wife is there when they come out again. They look around and leave without telling her anything. Then I get a call and they tell me that they will have to send someone out to mark the yard for pipes. When I ask why they say so they can dig me a new line because there is no phone line going to the house. I just purchased this home and I knew the previous homeowners had a home phone. So I call the technician and tell him that I know there is a line. He comes out personally and gets it all taken care of in about 10 minutes which was very nice and I am grateful. However the lack of communication with the service department is insane. This all could have been done in the 3 days they originally told me. Instead it took 16 days just to get service. I am a very unsatisfied customer at the moment. And they haven't done anything to change that yet. Att is the only service I can get in my area otherwise this would have definitely been cancelled. But im stuck with it. Hopefully they can make it right.
