This is the BEST internet connection, TV, and phone service we have ever experienced in the upstate of SC. We are soooo ecstatic! My husband even said, " I DON't even care what it costs"; ' cause it was "my project", ( but he has his sports, and so on, his interests, as part of the package). Got to try it, even if it's not for you, just do the introduction offer, then decide. Need to say our "tech" was here for 8+ hours, for install, but so far we have had no problems, but it has only been 48 hrs. We have no complaints, and have expressed this to our friends.

We finally received our Internet service this past Monday. Initially was confusion with our building information which we didn't receive notice of until THE DAY WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET SERVICE. The notice was sent to my email (which ended up in spam but luckily I just happened to look). I had to call and get them to figure out what was wrong and get things rescheduled. I was very upset at first because I really needed Internet. We just relocated and we always had interent where we were previously. Not having Internet caused us to use more data on our cell phone plan which is not good. Because we were rescheduled and the at&t workers were very kind and apologetic I quickly became satisfied. My installation date was scheduled for a couple days later. Our technician was wonderful! He called ahead of time to let us know when he would be there. When he arrived he was very professional and polite. He even gave us options on whereviews we wanted our Internet box to be. It was raining when he came so he alalso had blue plastic covers over his shoes so he wouldn't dirty up the floor. As the person who tends to the floors, this was a plus for me! Two thumbs up. Everything was quick but he answered every question we had, helped up with the setup of our emails, and assisted us in changing our internet name and password. He left a paper with his number and his supervisors number if we had any questions or concerns. So far the service has been ok. I expected the Internet to be faster due to the one we picked. We don't have many devices hooked up to it. And we definitely don't use all our devices at once. The Internet box is not too big and it happens to be the color black which matches everything and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. Overall I am satisfied.
