Installation was fine, appreciated the calls for when the tech would be arriving at the house to install. Thank you for your prompt service and getting everything setup in such a timely manner.

I am happy to have internet. So far everything has gone good. My first experience with AT&T was not good. I was hesitant to try again. This time went very smooth.

I absolutely love our internet service with at&t! We can be using wifi on our phones (5) and our kids on the ipads while we play xbox and we all have zero problems! I haven't been able to say that with any other compamy we've used. So excited about their video bill view aswell it makes knowing what you're paying for so much easier to understand what you're being charged for.

The Good: Set up for my internet was a breeze! I am not a tech genius so I was a little worried when I found out I would need to set it up myself. But when the starter kit arrived the instructions were simple and easy to follow and in just minutes I had not only internet but wi-fi as well. I knew that AT&T would be a good provider because I have had them as my cell phone provider for years. The Bad: I will have to add that though that the process of ordering the service was one of the worst I have ever had and that it has made me consider changing to a new provider. When I initially set up service I explained to the sales rep that my mailing/billing address was different from my service address and that anything sent in the mail to the house would not reach me. I was sure to be very clear about this. When I got my confirmation email the 2 addresses were shown to be the same. When I tried to call back to correct the problem I literally spent 4 hours on the phone, the majority of the time on hold and being transferred to several different departments, only to be told that there was nothing they could do for me? What? Just to correct a billing address? It seems that to speak with a sales rep and begin a business relationship with AT&T it is a quick and easy process and I was able to speak with a person right away but once the company had my money and my business I was no longer a priority... very poor business tactic! I am still looking at changing my internet and cell phone provider. I just don't think you should do business that way.
