Everything was great.
The installer was very good. Only problem was he was unable to complete the job due to scheduling. I will have to have three separate install appointments to get the job completed. This is inconvenient. However, the equipment works well and the price is right.
The network technician that arrived onsite to install our LAN was great! He made sure that all of our devices were connected, ensured that we understood how to access our device, and answered any questions we had. He did not rush this process and was very pleasant.
The service is terrible. It goes in and out. In fact, over the Labor day 2015 weekend, it went out at least twice a day. I plan to call the installation tech today. Hopefully they can fix it our we will not make it through the initial 30 days.
My technician Melvin was awesome he arrived at 830 was done in about an hour but apparently they had technical issues we sat at home all day causing me to.miss work because the tech didn't leave until around 5 o'clock in the afternoon they had to.move phone lines change ports and such not the technicians fault he done his job just bad lines he was friendly professional and in.good spirits the entire time he was here definitely a 5 star technician but the company as a whole was kinda disappointing due to.not maintaining their lines and equipment better. The tech that came in to install the wireless connection for my home, was so polite, considerate and clean. He knew what he was doing and helped me to learn how to sync up my TV and computers and installed the app on my phone for easy payments. What a great experiance from the time I called to order , the follow ups with the emails, to the timely service call. Kuddos to ATT U-verse.
I'm so glad I left Charter. The price is better. The service is great the customer service is excellent.
Self-installation for internet was very easy and included a step-by-step guide that explained everything perfectly. All together, it took about 20-25 minutes to get everything installed, downloaded, etc. I have no complaints about my internet service and appreciate the helpful advice offered by AT&T. Thank you!

Customer service has been very supportive and helpful. They have been patient when I have made changes to my services, and have found multiple discounts for me. The technician that installed everything was very nice and friendly, and also did an excellent job.
