Everyone that I dealt with was incredibly nice & helpful. I had called the previous week to get prices for services. The day I called to set it up was super easy, because they had all my wants saved, so all I had to do was pay for the service we had previously talked about. The tech that came out was very quick & efficient installing our service. Even with the fact that the port designated for my house was somehow messed up, & he had to get a new port. Now, the internet is perfect,& super fast! We're even contemplating adding TV to our service. I am glad I chose to go with u-verse.

I was extremely impressed with the communication and professionalism of all I encountered through the implementation process. I would give 10 stars to our technician, James. He was patient, knowledgeable, diligent, and thorough. I can't explain how much my husband and I were impressed with James. We had to get another line installed due to community issues and he got everything taken of. I had ONE GLITCH - My order did not include High Definition and this was definitely discussed with my salesman but not included in my pricing and order. This is one reason I moved from Comcast - they would say one thing and do another. I was very specific in my needs request and very conscious of the price comparison. Unfortunately, my true cost was misrepresented. This is not a deal breaker at this time but a red flag. Regarding the cable and internet quality ... superb. So much improved from what we had. when I first called to set up my service the sales rep was very friendly. the order couldn't be completed that evening so she said she would call me back the next day. i never got a return phone call. so I called back and another person said they would send an email to follow up on my account. I never got a return phone call or email from either person. as much as I wanted to have ATT for my phone service provider I had to go with a different provider. very dissatisfied with this company and its so called customer service.
