the young woman I dealt with on the phone could not have been any nicer. will not have my services installed until next month but looking forward to it
I had some issues with getting my service started. On the day that my service was to be connected I had to call because I had not heard from anyone and it was getting late. After several contacts I was informed that my services were not going to be on that day but that it had been reschedule. If I had not made all of those calls I would not have known anything about it. Two days later the service tech show up he was professional and setup my service with no problem. Even though I had to inform him that a jack needed to be installed. Which I had stated to everyone I spoke to about my service.
The installation tech was early for his appointment and completed the job quickly. I was impressed with is professionalism and courteousness. I have no complaints about my internet, as it has been running perfectly since installation. Thank you for the great service!
At first my experience was horrible with each agent giving incorrect information upon transferring my service but the actual service super seeds that and more.
The instalación Services was so good, but the Internet connection was slow. I call the technical support to fixed it. I hope now it work better.

My installer was prompt & efficient. His accent is a little thick, but I got used to it. However, the phone personal, who I called with questions prior to installation, were awful. Their accents were extremely thick, often unintelligible. The static on the line (no matter what phone I used) was also awful. AND they disconnected me TWICE, after saying they needed to put me on hold to look up my information. AT&T needs to remedy this immediately - I was so furious, I was ready to cancel the entire order!

The technician who came to my home was knowledgeable, professional very easy to talk with about my new service; and when I had a question and phoned him, he returned my call immediately. He gave me a fantastic overview of my service and I learned easily everything that is available to me. What a difference from my previous provider!!! I highly recommend AT&T - they are the BEST!.

Unfortunately, my family and I are quite disappointed with the quality of the service. The picture freezes constantly. Several technicians have attempted to resolve the problem, but none has been successful. Actually, the problem has gotten worse since the technician came last week. I am tired of having this problem. So although I like the pricing and package options, I can't enjoy watching my favorite shows because of the constant freezing. So, we will be switching to Dish or Direct.

I had U-Verse at my last address and loved it. Best Cable service, DVR, On Demand EVER. At my new place they don't have cable available and internet speed is a 1.1. I was told that the main source I need for good service is too far away. So disappointing.
Speed seems slower than Time Warner Cable, even though it's supposed to be 3mbps faster. Also, we were told that the $99 installation fee would be divided out across 3 payment cycles, but we were charged the full amount on our first bill.
I am thrilled with the service over the phone and in person. Each person i dealt with was informative and efficient. Frankly I didn't even know how to talk the lingo when I first called up to order service and the salesperson was so patient and helpful. By the time I made my order I was clear and certain I was getting what I wanted. I am very happy with the whole experience.

I have had ATT cell phone and internet for a few years now and I have never had any kind of problems with there service. Good prices to compliment there good product.

The guy that helped me over the phone was very helpful, he didn't try to talk me into getting extra stuff I didn't want. The guy that actually installed our service was super nice and patient. He came and did his job right and professionally.

I really hope someone actually reads this. I'll just hit the highlights: 1. ATT said DSL tech would be at my house on Sept. 13, but no tech arrived. I had an email confirmation, text confirmation and sales person tell me Sept. 13 was the date I would receive service. 2. Spent 2 hours trying to figure out why tech did not show. Received no answer to this, but told the tech would now come on Sept. 20. 3. On Sept. 20 tech came and turned on service, but didn't come in to check my phone lines. Phone lines inside were all messed up and couldn't get DSL to work (I figured since Time Warner actually comes inside my home to make sure I am connected AND online before they leave ATT should do the same, but they did not). 4. Since I couldn't figure out how to work on my own phone line inside, I called to cancel my service. 5. Customer service rep would not reimburse me for the activation fee even though I had been a customer for one day, and did not seem to care that ATT had initially messed up my order and told me the wrong day, which caused me to waste 2 hours on the phone trying to figure out what was wrong. 6. In sum, I cancelled after 1 day of service with your company. One day. If that doesn't set off any alarms for you and your customer service policy I don't know what will. Good luck.

Set up was easy for the most part, everyone I talked to on the phone was helpful. The installation ended up being tricky as it was during a weekday and everyone in our house works full time. So far we've had great luck and look forward to continued high quality service!

Good price, but isn't great for streaming videos. Lots of freeze ups. I was told it would handle it. Don't like out of USA service reps, they don't follow thru, and can't understand them!
