I have had to call at least 6 or 7 times because my problems aren't getting fixed. My bill is charging me about $15 more than I was told I would be charged, and your equipment took about a week longer than it should have to get to my apartment. Even when I got it, it didn't work due to wrong wiring in your system. The only reason you get 2 stars instead of one is because the guy you sent to fix your system (Jacob) was very helpful, and he actually fixed the problem, which is a first for your employees. Jacob deserves a 5-star review for himself, but unfortunately, he doesn't make up for the terrible service and billing errors I had until then.
Good customer service, timely install, service is good on the cable but we have the 24 internet and it is not as fast as I would like. It buffers a lot when watching shows on the laptop but not on my phone for some reason.
Speaking with customer service was an absolute nightmare. It took me 4 attempts and 3 hours of my time just to get my order in. On top of that they charged my card thrice and maxed out my credit card only to call and ask for new card information when the fourth charge wouldn't go through.
Regardless of purported "max speed", the speed that matters is average through-put. AT&T excels at providing me a consistent and reliable internet connection. My previous provider promised much higher speed but speed varied wildly and the average over time was substantially lower than I achieve with AT&T. Install techs were on time, friendly, efficient, and effective. What more could you want?

Sales person gave me an install date. The next day I get an email that the install date is moved out a week. Called and was told they would waive the install fee and my equipment fee for the first year due to the install delay. Get first bill and both of those items are still on it. So just like Comcast but with a different name.
I've had other services, but I figured I would try at&t. I actually like all the channels I have & I haven't had any issues with services. I'm glad I decided to choose them, I would refer them to anyone.

I would like to comment on the tech that did my work, and how he took the time to explain my equipment and the service that I had signed up for and when he left he had taken all the boxes and wrappings with him along with using covers over his shoes to protect my floors. I again thank your service men for all they did......
So far my experience with at&t haS been good no ccomplaints here .
Love my new service, I had the sprint wifi hot spot and paid $80 a month for crap service and only got 12g for that. Now I can stream Netflix and play games online with no problem. I'm just mad I didn't do this a long time ago.
We are very happy with the internet we have received. When Comcast discovered for sure we were leaving they offered our same deal to come back but we were so happy with the discounted rates from you and Dish as well as the customer service we refused to go back. Thank you.
I used AT&T once before. Moved could not get it, was not in the area. Moved again and I now have it back. YES! I think it is the best cable company ever. Thanks AT&T for everything you do for us.

AT&T has the best service in Michigan by far! I was fed up with another cable company and as soon as I moved into an area that offered AT&T I couldn't wait to make that switch. Best decision I've made! The sales man was amazing, the tech was great, and the customer service all around is just awesome! I've been very pleased with this service! Not only is the staff so helpful and prompt, the service is amazing! Top service for the best prices! Can't beat that! I have been referring everyone I know to AT&T. Thank you, AT&T!

This was my first time with AT&T. Unfortunately, it was not as pleasant as I thought it would be. I found myself to be repeating my situation and no one could seem to transfer me to the right department or retrieve a supervisor upon request. I am definitely hesitate to recommend, but I know they are a good company for the location I am presently in. Thanks to one of representatives I now have everything up and running. It was easy self installation.
Am loving U-verse, my favorite features, the wireless cable box, and being able to record or pull up recordings in any room! Why didn't we switch earlier?!
