Service hasn't worked properly since it was installed. AT&T has sent out 5 different techs to fix the ongoing issue - yet it hasn't been fixed. Also, there is suppose to be a credit on my bill - which there isn't. Very frustrating as a business owner who relies on the internet connect to run my retail shop. I had a really good experience with At&t. I requested self installation my new internet service. However, I could not get a connection. The technical support rep was great and set up for a technician to come out on a Saturday. Mark was amazing and went above and beyond to diagnose my problem. He discovered there was a problem with the line. The lineman came out on a Sunday at 9am and had my problem fixed by 1030am! Amazing service!
