So far I'm happy to be back with Att. The Wfi is awesome and I've been able to keep up with the NBA Finals with ease. The Att app has been great as well. You can watch live TV while on the go. I caught game 1 of the finals from Cedar Point!

Our initial contact with the company was okay. Called to change date for install and first order for service could not be found. Placed new order. On the original date of install (the one i called to change that could not be found) a technician called to say she was there to connect service. Told technician the issue and she said she would make sure she was the person to come out and complete order. Day before the second scheduled date, a representative calls to say I have two orders for phone service, and was I requesting to have two lines put in. Called back to inform them, NO, I only need one phone. The only reason they could even find the order was because I happened to remember the new home phone number provided from the first order (the one i called to cancel that they could not find in the system, yet a technician was dispatched to service). On the day after a technician was supposed to come out from the second order placed, we called customer service because we had not heard anything. The CSR could barely locate the order with the order number. She asked me to confirm the last four of my SSN for verification after me providing her with all the other info. including an order number. I told her that if she could not provide me with information without me giving her more info that she could just cancel the order. And she cancelled the order... Or so we thought!!! On the following Thursday my husband called to place a new order. They informed him that the service should already be turned on!!!! To this day I have not received a follow up call or email from ATT. This service review request is the first and only thing we have received. On the other hand, we have you sister company Directv and I got so many follow-up emails from them they got on my nerves but at least they followed up. I am surprised with this level of disservice from a company that has been around for so long. I find it ridiculously unprofessional. I am glad to see others have received much better service.
