I switched from Comcast internet service. The ATT Uverse service is superior and faster. I use it to stream tv and movies from Netflix and Amazon. The service works flawlessly. Setup was very quick and easy. I was able to eliminate my router as the ATT modem is also a router for home wireless. I am a very satisfied customer. I should have gone to ATT years ago. Tom M.

I originally scheduled my first installation date for 9/11/14 from 1:00 to 3:00 in the afternoon. The technician never did arrive even though I had a call at a bit before 3:00 saying they would arrive before 5:00 pm. I waited until 6:00 and then put HELP into my text messages to talk to an AT&T helper. The helper asked for aid from his management and I received a phone call. The manager tried to explain what had happened and after some time we rescheduled the installation for 9/19/14 from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning. I think I really didn't expect to have the technician arrive on that morning either but I really did want to try U-Verse. So, time passed and it was maybe 11:00 or after and I thought for sure I wasn't going to get the installation. The technician called me a few minutes later and explained that he was in Flint and it would take him about 45 minutes to arrive. I felt kind of lucky that it was actually happening. He did arrive and had to spend a considerable time getting everything in order to install. He worked very hard and he was very courteous! When everything was finally connected he showed me just what to do to get around on the system. He showed me on my U-Verse packet where he had listed his own phone number along with that of his manager in case I had any trouble. That is really something! I think the contact numbers give us a very secure feeling that help is totally available if we need it and that is beautiful! Thank you!
