A long drawn out process to say the least. It took two weeks for my modem to arrive. Once it arrived, it was the wrong one. Two office representatives and one manager gave me incorrect information regarding the modem. None seemed to know what they were doing. Finally, after 3 weeks a road tech helped me. What a disaster. Switching to a new internet company should not be this challenging and should definitely not take so long. Once everything was corrected, all seems to be working well thus far. How disappointing............

Tech was very polite and completed all work outside my home. He found an error in the wiring after leaving the house to test the line he installed, called me to advise me, and came back promptly. After 4 or 5 min. I saw him get back in his truck and leave. After completing the install he left me personal contact information in case of a problem, but there were none and the service is working perfectly still. Great Job!
