Since we recently broke up with our long time Tv & Internet provider due to many, many billing issues, we were hesitant to even give At&T a try. My technician was wonderful, patient, and took great care to make sure we were happy. Installation went really well and we were up and running in no time. Then came my first bill. Let's just say it is a good thing I printed it out and laid it aside until I calmed down. The bill was triple what was agreed upon. After one hour, three call backs, and going over the conversation 3 times (at least there was detailed notes on your end) we came to a great agreement. AT&T honored what was initially agreed upon and that saved the day. I was ready to have all of the equipment removed and going with just internet, and using on line "TV" services. I will monitor my bill closely as we are living on a fixed income and have to watch our monthly expenses.

Great product and friendly and helpful technician. My only issue is the guy on the phone when I set it up neglected to tell me HD was not included and I have to pay an additional fee to get it. Otherwise service is better and easier to use than our previous service (Time Warner)

Once the TV comes up, it is excellent. Lots of channel choices with U-200. However: 1. It takes five minutes for the TV to "boot up." Every time. After replacing the receiver (a lot of trouble), nothing changed. 2. The basic internet is so slow that I could not do my normal surfing. The CSR was kind to upgrade that service, but it is still not what I once had. AT&T has very kind and well-trained people. Unfortunately, the technical capabilities of their service does not match the skills of their people.
