Have called 4 times to have service installed. No one can tell me for sure if service is offered where am moving to. Still do not know whether I will have service when I move into my new home. One of the account specialist told me not to get the FastAccess DSL package because it will not meet my needs but then they do not offer any other package in the area am moving to. She said it is slow for a 'work-at- home' person. Another told me it would be fine but I have to self install. Another cancelled my order because I did not call back in time to verify order after I was told everything is set for 11/19. Another specialty said she will check to see what service is offered and will call back; still waiting for the call. Cannot believe ATT's customer service has declined like this.

No show for appt. I had to call to find out why. Was told they came and had to do some work outside. I was home waiting and no one had come. AT&T did not call to notify me. I had to call them. So far, not impressed with the way they treat new customers. Not sure if we will continue with them if and when they call us to reschedule.

Customer service was excellent. They were on time and very courteous respectful and very informative about all products. It was the best install of all installations. TV and Internet work great with no delay. Service manager called and satisfied all follow up questions.
