Are you serious?? Do you know anybody I can call at ATT to escalate a horrible service day? At this point, I just hung up with person number 22 (literally 22 people) that I have talked to today since 9 a.m. to get my service moved from Johns Creek to Milton. It has been a horrible day. I have a work order, confirmed by ATT on 11 April for an install today, of Direct TV, Uverse voice and Uverse internet at our new address., simply moving our service from Johns Creek here to Milton. Now, at 4.11 pm, I will have voice and internet in 3-4 weeks (yes, that’s right..3-4 weeks) and tv in a week and a half. So in the meantime, I have no phone, no internet, and no TV. Customer service has been horrible..just horrible but not body seems to care . Any suggestions other than to call Comcast?

Our tech was AWESOME. I told him that I had gotten so used to horrible customer service from previous cable provider that I had forgotten what GREAT customer service looked like! He installed everything as we wanted and took the time to give us a mini-inservice on some of the best features of our new U-verse service as well as how to work the remote. We are very pleased and hope that this trend will continue!

So far AT&T has been great. I signed up for the Uverse Max internet service. My technician setting up the service was great. He wore covers on his shoes every trip inside to protect our carpet. There was a problem getting the signal from the "box" to my house and there was a chance it couldn't be completed in one day. My technician got technical support to come out within 30 minutes to fix the issue, and got me set up that same day. With other providers in the past I've had to wait 3-4 days for a similar problem. The bill was explained very clearly and my first bill was exactly what I thought it was going to be. Very pleased and impressed with the service I received and the internet service itself.
