The salesman was a gem of a guy that talked me right into getting this wonderful internet service... and giving me a $100 visa debit card... and later in the conversation gave me a additional $25. I was told I would get internet by Friday. I got internet about a week and 1/2 after that! They never had the apartment number on the label for the modem. Thankfully my neighbor stopped the UPS man from sending it back to AT&T. Then I called over 30 times to talk to representatives. They would say they were transferring me... just to hang up the line on me. You see it is their loop hole around their being "monitored for quality control purposes" by their internal auditors that monitor lines to improve customer relations. I had to make 3 complaints to the Commission of Consumer Services before a man came running out here to hook up the lines the way it should have been done to begin with. He even gave me his direct cellular number as well as the Superior Field Supervisor for my area's cellular number. I work remotely via online. My boss was gracious enough to understand me having to move back home to take care of my terminal last stages ill parents.
