My installation tech was awesome & I received really good after service, once installation was completed. I'm happy with the TV channels I have. I had customer service issues prior to installation when speaking with customer service by phone.
I had U-Verse Internet in the past and the signal was always fluctuating so bad and so slow I changed to cox. Oh they had a great deal with TV package. Then the next year they raised their prices so much I could't afford to keep both so I called a round and Your company had the best deal. I was concerned about the speed on the internet so far it has been GREAT! You also hooked us up with Direct TV and it is even better than cox. We can read the guide as with them we could't. They would just say your TV is to old. We had no problem with dish. Now with Direct TV we have no complaints at all. Thank You.

At&T is the most up to date service around! Another national competitor advertises that they will have the type of service that AT&T currently has in 1 YEAR! No way!!!!! I made the switch now and decided to dump the 'bad service' for UP TO DATE SERVICE where the reps are MORE THAN HELPFUL! No plans to move EVER! Thank you AT&T!

HNT was more than happy to accommodate my wishes. I'm happy to have internet now. AT&T even accommodated me with an extra 1 GB for my wireless.
I can't even get my old number back after a week. What a mess. I keep getting promises and they come and go. I'm sorry to say very dissatisfied. I had always thought att phone service was # 1. Maybe not anymore.

When I called to set up service the girl I talked to was very helpful and kind and made sure I got everything I needed. Then when we set it up ourselves we had problems activating it and when we called it only took 30 minutes to figure out what was wrong and fix over the phone and they were extremely helpful and kind!
We are thrilled with the vivid colors we get on the HD TV, and the internet speed is amazing! So glad we went this direction and look forward to enjoying it even more. I love being able to be connected to my DVR while away and watching items on demand. Yes, a good choice for us and reasonable in relationship to other companies.

It was very difficult to set up my service and it took several weeks. Every storm knocks out my service and I have to reset my router. When it is working I enjoy my service

We are so happy we switch from cox to AT&T! We don't get random outages likes we did with Cox! And the service is super fast!
The internet service, is quick. I use Google chrome and with at&t connection web surfing is seriously fast. Xbox is connected too and i haven't been dropped from a game yet, and not too laggy.
My AT&T service and installation went smoothly. The only problem I had was I was told it would happen one day and then it didn't happen until the following day. They did everything they could to make it happen at the time I needed and made me the first customer of the day. Thanks for everything AT&T.
I had a couple representatives that were not very good, then I had 2 absolutely fantastic reps and a super great technician that made it all the worth while!!!! :-) the only semi negative thing is we have to have the bedroom door open (where wifi box is connected), when we wasn't to use Netflix, not sure why. but other than that, i am very pleased :-)
