I was away from the house and my roommate was there during the install and it was requested that the install happen in the room. The tech put it in his bedroom. Also the signal is weak and I paid more to get faster service (twice as fast according to the rep). That didn't happen. Not exactly happy.

I am very happy with the experience thus far with AT&T Uverse. I can always find something on TV to watch and the Internet is as fast as they told me it would be.
