The job was done on the scheduled day and at the scheduled time. Service works great! I would have given 5 stars but the serviceman said he would talk to me before he left and didn't. We weren't sure he finished the job until we had to test it ourselves.
I've been an ATT customer for 6 years and have always had a great experience with the services I've purchased over the years. In recent I added the Internet to my plan and have had quick internet speed which helps me complete my day job in a timely manner. Also the ATT customer service has been superb and helpful each time I call them for help. Thank you ATT for making my life a little bit simpler!!!

It's awesome and I never have a problem with dropped calls or buffing on the Internet, I have 7 devices hooked up too it my son's love it they can play there games without it freezing up on them, I'm super happy that me and my son's decided to go with att u-verse - home phone, the person that I spoke with and set everything up for me didn't give me no problems and I had my service within a few days and ever since then everything's been going great it's fasters than any other service I've had it would be and it was well worth the money I'm glad I picked. AT&T U-verse SO THANK YOU MY SONS SAID!!!!!!!! Technician appointment time scheduled between 11:00am-1:00pm, technician arrived at 1:10pm. Technician was otherwise professional and courteous.

Since getting new service installed 2 weeks ago I have had to call in 2 times to customer service regarding services. I asked for hd it was not installed. I called in and had to pay additional For an mistake on AT&T. Them my free 3 months of HBO and Cinemax is no longer available. My internet and cable have gone out 4 times in 2 weeks. Very disappointed considering I have used them in the past. I have not had time to call in regarding my free trial packages. Frustrated

Customer service sent out a modem but did not tell me that i needed a working telphone line in order to have just the internet service.

Internet speed is pretty good, and no problems in the first week. Not that it matters, AT&T has it worked out that they are my only option in my Chicago neighborhood.

We just had storms come thru and this would knock out our previous internet and phone service. With us now having AT&T, we had consistent, beautiful service. I really love how we get weather warnings on whatever channel we are on. Once I was in the other part of our apartment when one of the warnings came on and I could hear the alert loud and clear. I am so glad we switched to AT&T!!!
This month I canceled Comcast because they doubled my bill, and the service was terrible. This is a 2 star review of my new ATT service, one star up from what I would have given Comcast. I've only had ATT for a couple weeks and I'm already having issues. When I try to watch Netflix, Hulu, or HBO Go on my TV it stops to buffer about every 2-5 minutes. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable for this day and age. It's 2015. I was also told by the technician when he was installing that he couldn't give me the 6mbps that I ordered, but instead only 3mbps because the ATT lines in my building couldn't handle the 6. Both of those speeds are speeds we would have seen 10 years ago. Again, unacceptable. As far as surfing the web, sites load slower than Comcast, pictures load slower than Comcast, and videos sometimes have to buffer as well. The only thing that ATT has going for it is that I hate Comcast and won't go back to them. Pretty pitiful. Enjoy!
AT&T phone tech made getting my service setup extremely convenient and easy and talked me through the best service for my needs. The tech who came out to setup my service was on time and very efficient. Thanks for the great service all around.

I had a problem with the initial order not being processed but was well taken care of in my second call. The installer was very professional and courteous and was done on schedule and in a shorter time that I anticipated. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Im a new customer of att at first I had some issues but after a tecnitian came an fix my problems im happy I was planing to cancel the account with att but I like the service now so im going to stay so far I haven't have any problems any more I like att its a good service im glad I stay.
My internet has been working well - though a little slow at times. I am pleased with the service.
Using thr At&t internet service and it'd extremely fast. When I couldnt set it up myself property. I called at and t customer service and a technician came the next morning to set up for me at no cost. I'm enjoying my service now for a reason amount.
I had a bad start with att. After the technician came to take care of turning on my services outside, he said it the phone line didn't work. A different tech. would have to come back to check. I waited 2 days and didn't hear back from att esp. Since the tech. said att will get back to me. Att sent sent me tons of emails but none regarding this. After numerous phone calls it turns out that tech. Was at my house. They needed a tech. To come into my house. This young gentleman named mark restored my faith in att. He was so kind and so helpful. He gets 5 stars. If I could get him to come back to do a repair if it was ever needed I would be thrilled. The young man who I spoke to in AZ waived my activation fee. He was kind and helpful and told me there is no sales tax for the state of IL. I spoke to several customer service reps and I never got a straight answer.

The AT&T customer service from setting up to installation has been excellent. AT&T technician was running behind in his schedule, but he made sure I was notified in advance to accommodate my schedule. Once he arrived, he was efficient and helpful in introducing me to my new product. Very satisfied with my experience!

AT & T has always been my service provider for ALL products & services needed I have used. Installer was very apppreciated, on time when given call when would arrival, (even after 1 of worst stroms had in Chicago that caused systems down, electrical lines broke the day before) giving advice to any questions needed with extremly excellent job well done. Great service setting up an account from calling in, nice, friendly, kind and professional able to answer all questions helping with setting up from first day!!
The internet service is great, but I was somehow set up with Geek Squad to install it, which kept getting delayed. Just be sure to call the 800 number for installation questions. The woman was very helpful.

The guy who signed me up on the phone was very nice and clear, which was great, except he told me I was wired to be all set once I got my equipment. Well, it first arrived without a manual in the box. Then it failed to work, so I had to have a technician come. The first technician complained that I wasted his time since he couldn't get into our building basement after hours (even though he offered me the evening appointment). But the second technician was polite and great. I guess it's hit or miss. But the service works now!

The internet is as expected and was an easy install. However, talking to ATT workers... not acceptable. When trying to obtain an account, the first worker I was patched into lied about the services available to the building and Chicago as a whole. I had to end the call with him due to the inability to get a straight and honest answer. I've worked in IT before, so I would have been alerted to his lies even if I hadn't looked for information on the website first. However, this lack of integrity should not be apart of your business core and needs shaping up. The second person I got patched with was fine. She tried sell more than I wanted, but that's apart of her job. Annoying, but acceptable. Overall, I just feel bad for the other people that your salesmen are lying to and hope you reformed that aspect of the sales process. Sincerely,
Helpful and friendly phone operators. Installers were very thorough and helped maximize my signal and speed. So far I am very satisfied.
My experience has been not that great. we have always had At&t and we have always have had problems with the connection. They just switched to U verse and it worked for 3 weeks then I had to call them because we had no internet service. I called at 8pm central time and the call was routed to India, I could not understand the person I asked to speak with a supervisor and that never happened. The people that I talked to were rude also. Finally after almost 2 hours on the phone with a person they said that they did not know what was wrong and would send someone out to fix it in 3 days. Not very satisfied at the moment.
Since my service has been installed, I been really enjoy it especailly all the movie channels and it is good to have a dvr so I can record my favor movies and shows and compared to the other companies att is the best and especially when it comes to low price rate, I am satified for being with att and for what y'all have done for me so far and look forward to many more in the future
After 25+ years with Comcast, I switched to AT&T. I have been a customer for a month and I am glad I switched. Every employee has been helpful and happy to help. The time I have had to wait to speak to someone has been minimal. Of course, the cost savings is very nice. Thanks,

My high speed internet and uverse telephone was installed today and I am very impressed. Francisco was really fantastic. He set it up without the wires showing, which I was worried about. He set up my 2 laptops plus my desktop and explained everything. I give Francisco 5 stars. THANK YOU ATT!
I love it! Really easy to use and understand! Love the fact that I can pause live TV! Internet is great! I just wish that the CID didn't show up on the TV because now everyone see's who is calling you, but I'll deal with that.
I have AT&T for my phone and because I am quite satisfied with the service, I wanted to include other AT&T entities. Now I have your Internet service and I wish we could get AT&T U-Verse but it isn't available- bummer!
The internet/phone service I receive is superb. I've had no interruptions in service. Whenever I've called, usually with a question, the service agents are very attentive, very informative, very professional and polite. I really appreciate the time they take to explain things to me. Mostly, I appreciate their patience.
The service technician was the best. This gentleman was so respectful, informative and thorough. I was not happy with the package that I received, so I called and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. So far so good.

Unbeleivable great customer service. Had an issue with my first bill, when I called I was nervous that I was just going to be out of luck. Kelly from the Columbus Ohio office did a great job to take great care of me and set things right. Very glad I switched to at&t, recommend it to everyone.
I used to have clear internet and land line phone which was absolutely not clear. My son who is university student was always fighting with him because of bad connection. He lost his A grade because of disconnecting his online test in the middle. My husband used to drop his international calls in the middle. Anyway we are happy to have AT&T service with better connection. Thanks
The outside service technician came at a time different from what I expected, so I could not let him in the building. So we had to reschedule for another day. I was on the phone on hold for a long time to reschedule. Then I was on the phone a long time >20 minutes again to notify them of who to call to let him in to the back of the building. Then the outside service tech did not go in to the back of the building, and I did not receive the expected email (I had signed up for notification) that the service was completed so I could begin my self-install. I called and then they said the signal was fine so he didn't need to go in. Self-install did not work because my ethernet was not hooked up to AT&T's port in the phone box (I expected the outside service to do this). So the tech had to come out. I do not know if I'm going to be charged for this tech, but if they bill me, I will definitely call them and explain that it was my understanding that the job of the outside service tech would be to check that the lines were connected. So I don't believe I should be charged. In any case, internet is working fine and fast now, and the tech who did come out was helpful and professional, though he came at 5:30 pm and I was waiting at home 1-5 pm, which took away my time from work. So it has definitely taken up a lot of my time.
The customer service personnelle who I've talked to over the years that I've had the service have all been very helpful and courteous. The service has been as described and I've been happy with it.
