Great tech that setup our internet and uverse. Great in store help as well. Hold time for any sort of customer service is way too long 15minutes before I talked to anyone. Uverse is so expensive, has a lot of extras to use. Still have to figure it all out. All in all beside being overpriced not a bad setup.

I must say the installation guy was awesome. He was having issues with one of the TVs but did everything possible to make sure we were all set. Calling for setup was easy, the guy on the phone offered me a great package. I had to call back yesterday because my free 3 months of HBO was not on and the customer service guy took just a few minutes to get it on. Overall I think your entire team is AWESOME! Thank you again!

Just moved from another area, and had to change my Internet provider! A few hick ups to get installed though since we didn't have and needed a phone land line. (Would mention that to new customers who switch to AT&T and want to do the self-install). I always find it more important how issues are solved by a company, and that's why I am very pleased with the service AT&T provided; the technician who came the next workday was able to set the connection up within an hour.
