I'm in love with my service with AT&T!! Had Mediacom only because AT&T wasn't in my area for awhile and now so happy I switched back. Can't bet how fast my speed is that I picked and the price.

Ordering it became a complete joke. One person didn't know what was going on, another said I wasn't getting a modem (how am I supposed to use your Internet without a modem?) Another person said that I didn't have an appoinment, and another said I did. I'm still waiting on a phone call from the original salesman to set up direct tv. Your saving grace was your technician that came. He's the one that convinced me to connect the service after I attempted to cancel it, and spent almost 2 hours on the phone with your customer service being bounced from person to person. He ensured everything worked, You are a communications company that can't communicate, but your low man on the totem pole is your best asset. He's the reason I have it. Give that technician a raise and have a massive meeting with your customer service people, because they couldn't figure out how to get out of a cheese wrapper.

Great costumer service and service in general.i haven't had one problem with my phone. I came from sprint who had horrible customer service and I barely ever had 3g never have 4g. It's great I have 4G wherever I go!.
