Incredibly expensive to get started. You have to front installation expenses, including cost of wireless router/modem for up to eight weeks, and then really, really work to get your Visa gift guard - which is supposed to reimburse you for the equipment. It's been 10 weeks and I'm still waiting on mine. The service itself is pretty decent for our needs. It has been reliable, fairly inexpensive (installation costs aside) and supports Nexflix in most circumstances. It should not cost 10 times the normal monthly bill to get started.

Will came out to my house and was fantastic in every way - extremely competent and a real problem solver. He even offered to clean up the insulation that fell to the garage floor after he had to enter the attic. If I need service in the future, I would really prefer to just be able to call Will directly and not deal with the company bureaucracy.
