Awesome service. The guy that came out to hook up my internet cable was the BEST!!!! He made sure I knew everything I needed to about the service I was getting. During each step he told me exactly what he e doing. He did not leave until my service was installed correctly. He made sure I knew how to use my services and feature. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. That's the type of service I get every time I deal with ATT. ATT has amazing employees. They ROCK!!!

All I needed that day was Internet service and my installer, Matt, did everything right. I know great service and I can not think of one thing he could have done better. He was right on time, put the line right where I wanted it, within an inch of dead center near the bottom of the wall, and could not have been any friendlier. He taught me about the newest technology while he did a perfect install and everything looks great and works great. (What a difference from "those other guys".) I am happy and that is always the bottom line.

Contacting the company for service was fast and easy. The customer service agent strted out as being very knowledgable, but was very misleading with information. Upon getting the first bill, was sticker shock. Very different from what I was quoted. Some things were removed, but still remained more than expected. The U- verse it sel is great.
