My children have online schooling that they have to do. So internet is a must at my house. When I became an at&t customer I was very excited. I had service for 5 days when they turned my service off. They gave over 20 excuses why but the best on was that I was in a dead zone and they where sorry but that's why they couldn't connect my service . Yet I had already been connected and online using the Internet for a week. Depending on which representative you talk to depends on what answer you get. Half said yes I can get service it was a technical difficulty the other half said that it wasn't in my area. I have talked to every department at&t has to offer with no straight forward solution. They still haven't refunded my deposit even though I have no service due to them. It's also useless to ask for a manager because I don't think they have one. I've asked to speak to one but that hasn't happened. They'll give you a floor manager if you persist but there is no one over the company's business I guess. So after being told to find another service provider I did and recommend everyone else should do the same. I hope others have better luck with at&t but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone .
