Feel like I was lied to about your services. Once we were about to get connected we changed our mind bc of misconceptions the phone customer service gave us.
It was pretty good except the installation date that I was given when II ordered was different than my actual installationdate so I ended up missing class 2 days instead of one.
U-verse is awesome! I've had many different Internet services, but u-veare is above and beyond. The speed and clarity of its connection is amazing and works perfectly even through the worst of weather conditions.
I love my cable service so far! The only issue we have had is that we were told we got HBO with our package and we don't!
Calling and setting up was easy, and even though the initial install had some issues, they sent out another technician who was able to resolve the issues.
I was completely pleased with the service. I switched from Comcast because they did not care for their customers needs.
The customer service is great. It would have been 5 stars but the technicians weren't the greatest.
I was very pleased with the service I received. The installation could not have been better. The young man was polite,courteous,and helpful.
