"I have had service for 2 weeks and still spend 3 to 4 days a week on the phone correcting errors. Each phone call averages 2 hours and numerous transfers and other numbers to call. An extra hole had to be drilled through the wall and was told it was fiber optic and later told that is not true and that customers are told that lie repeatedly by att sales associates. Current issue is not being abl e to make outgoing calls on landline. After more than 2 hours on the phone, issue still not resolved. Paying for service that I can't even use.
