I've had good service in the past two years
ATT arrived at the time of service that was given. The installer was polite, professional and finished in only an hour. I highly recommend ATT.
My install is scheduled for 7/13. Your points of contact have been helpful in selecting the package and scheduling.
It is 'o.k.', but we hope it gets better. Initial install appointment was cancelled and rescheduled; there was no advance notice of the reschedule, which created an very definite inconvenience, waiting around, unknowing, for the original scheduled appointment. The Install tech was GREAT, but no telephone directory, or telephone system feature instructions were left with the install. Not even a web address to access that information. Other than these glitches, the system works great.
Bandwidth is great (29-33mbps) on all devices. Installer was not only prompt but called before and offered very good advice on future expansions or enhancements. Very good phone support in the ordering process too, with options explained and details, obligations and expectations. Really good overall experience. Really good.
Price was reasonable. Several hiccups with installation but it eventually worked out.

Install was great, technician was helpful, and the service for my new U Verse and internet is working very well! Highly recommended.
The price is about right for what we get. I just wish it included Hallmark Mystery Movies and that there were more free movies available on On Demand.

We are building a new home in Reno and we have chosen uverse internet because we currently have it in our present home and we are very satisfied with the service.
It's a great service at an affordable price!
I have been asked to reschedule twice now to install the service. Both scheduled times, some issue was found where the install could not continue and I am notified the second time during the window. Who knows, maybe the third time will the charm or maybe not.
Very nice and courteous customer service. Handled my cancellation of the install quickly and respected my wishes.
Just became an AT&T user but so far so good!
Att is getting to be known well for ripping customers off. They couldn't get my address right on paper so my hook up kept getting postponed. Now that the DSL is hooked up it seems to be a lot slower than the first day I had it. They probably want me to up grade for more money when I already have the 6.0. The only reason I have this through att is because where I live they are the only provider. I will never have direct tv or cell phone through them again. They were coming up with different charges each month that was very sick at best. They would just make things up EVERY MONTH.
I like the customer service. I like the deal that I got when signing up for Internet. Got a little confused by my bill cause of the free landline I received with my Internet.

ATT has great email and great phone service! I needed help getting my email password to work but other than that everything is good. And the customer service is excellent too.
So far, so good! Considering that the latest the service technicians in our area were able to come out was 3pm, it was a bit of a stinker, since I had to take off of work early, but all of the work performed was great. No complaints thus far. Plus, the customer service as I was ordering online was wonderful. The customer service rep who helped me all the way through was talking to me about Will Smith's greatest movies while his computer was loading up my information...lol it was awesome. Great service & performance so far!

From the very beginning, our internet service from AT&T has been smooth sailing! We received our equipment promptly and it was very easy to set up. AT&T even called us to ask if we received the equipment and were able to hook everything up. The internet has worked wonderfully since day 1. Very happy with our choice to leave Charter and go with AT&T.

Services for home phone and Internet work good now. Home phone unverse is same monthly as my old AT&T regular service and offers more. Internet finally works good after a few technician visits. Technicians had issues getting everything to work properly.
I recently transferred to Reno from Las Vegas. The installer arrived as scheduled, on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous and clean. He answered my questions and had in up and running in no time at all.
Great service so far! Quick internet enables us to get our work done quickly and efficiently. Streaming video on the laptop worked well too, with very limited lag.
So far everything is good. You just have to get service started to enjoy it and that may take longer than you scheduled it for
Fast internet. It only took the installation guy 30 minutes to hook it up and I have the option to receive my bill by email. I'm very satisfied so far
I have no complaints about my AT&T service. I also have just moved and the telephone jacks int he house would not work. When I contacted AT&T technical support they were courteous and knowledgeable. My problem was fixed within 5 minutes of the tech guy coming to my house and I have phone service again. Thank you AT&T.
Great people in the customer service, area and as far as the services haven't had many issues yet except with trying to log into the web site to view my bill.
