AT&T representatives have been nothing but helpful and extremely personable! I only had one issue (if you could even call it that) with my first bill and they fixed it immediately and have been true to their word about everything that was promised. My internet connection and speed have been flawless and I could not be happier that I switched over to AT&T! They made the transition a breeze. Customer service/satisfaction and reliability are attributes that they are not even close to lacking!

Very much enjoy the uverse tv selection of channels. Had a huge sticker shock, as the person who took the original phone order didn't apply discounts like she was supposed to, but I was able to reach someone at customer relations who went above and beyond for me! I was with comcast for a lot of years. Comcast/Xfiniti had very poor tech service, and very poor customer service. When you spoke with them it was like I was putting them out and I had no choice when it came to carriers...Boy were they wrong!. I was a little scared about the speed of the att internet but that was put to bed right after I was connected and started using the service. The comcast technicians that were constantly at my house were very rude and condescending. Like they were doing me a favor by coming out....and they had to come out a LOT...like 8 times in a two month period and the problem was NEVER corrected. And calling customer service with comcast was a nightmare. The att rep was so pleasant, professional and informing it really surprised me. He would not leave until I was completely satisfied, and he never rushed to leave. The few times I have called the att service department they were very fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I will stay with ATT for life after this experience.

The man I talked to recently told me there was nothing he could do about the extra $9 that was added to my account. The charges I agreed to were $84.99. Then there was a surprise charge of $7. That was handled great by the lady 2 calls before but when I checked my account yestreday there was $9 more dollars added. He assured me there was nothing he could do and basically I needed to cancel my service.

After about 13 reminders via text, email, and phone the installer did arrive as scheduled and went about his work without issue. He had to do a little extra to the lines but didn't seem too bent out of shape about it. Came as scheduled, did the job without drama and the internet works thusfar without issue.
