How AT&T wireless and internet bundle discount actually works

The current AT&T bundle deal is straightforward: save up to $25/mo on internet when you combine AT&T Home Internet with an eligible postpaid unlimited wireless plan. The AT&T bundle discount lowers your monthly service costs, but eligibility, billing requirements, and promotional timing matter.

How much you save with the AT&T bundle discount

Your savings depend on which AT&T Fiber speed you choose. Select fiber tiers qualify for up to $25/mo off when you bundle an eligible unlimited wireless plan. The discount is applied directly to your fiber bill for 12 months, helping you compare the effective cost of each speed tier before you order.

When comparing AT&T Fiber bundle deals, consider both the speed your household needs and the monthly price after the bundle discount. A smaller household may be well served by AT&T Fiber 300, while families with multiple simultaneous streams, work-from-home users, gamers, and many connected devices may get more value from a multi-Gig plan.

What counts as an AT&T bundle now?

An AT&T bundle allows you to combine home internet with qualifying unlimited wireless service. Depending on your address, that means you can get AT&T Fiber or AT&T Internet Air plus an eligible postpaid unlimited wireless plan. The services remain on separate bills, but qualifying customers can receive a monthly AT&T bundle discount when the services are combined.

If you’ve seen older references to AT&T bundles that included TV, that is no longer part of an AT&T bundle. Today, the focus is on an AT&T Wireless and internet bundle: home connectivity plus mobile service.

For customers in fiber-eligible areas, AT&T Fiber bundle deals pair fiber speeds with qualifying wireless service. If fiber isn’t available at your address, AT&T Internet Air is a great alternative that provides a fixed wireless home internet service delivered over the AT&T Wireless network.

Who qualifies for the AT&T bundle discount?

          If you're new to AT&T

New customers who sign up for both new fiber internet and a new eligible postpaid unlimited wireless plan on the same day qualify for the AT&T bundle discount. This is one of the easiest ways to access AT&T Internet and wireless savings immediately, with the discount typically appearing on your fiber bill beginning with your first full billing cycle.

If you already have AT&T Wireless

Already have an AT&T Wireless plan? You can add qualifying home internet to your account and receive the applicable bundle savings. If you're already enrolled in an eligible postpaid wireless plan, adding fiber activates the AT&T Wireless and internet bundle savings automatically once service is installed and billing is active.

If you already have AT&T Internet

Current fiber customers can unlock AT&T bundle deals by adding a qualifying postpaid unlimited wireless plan. Once the wireless line is activated, your AT&T bundle discount will be applied to your fiber service for the promotional period.

          Who doesn't qualify

Not every AT&T customer qualifies for every bundle promotion. Common exclusions can include prepaid wireless, business wireless accounts, certain legacy or otherwise non-qualifying plans, and addresses where the required internet service isn't available. Some existing discounts and promotions also cannot be combined with bundle offers.

What our specialists tell customers before they order

Your first bills will show the full price.

The bundle discount may not appear on your very first statement. Qualifying discounts can take up to a few billing cycles to begin, which means your first bill or two may show the regular service price before the credit appears. If you qualify and your services are active, a delayed credit doesn't necessarily mean something went wrong.

Your wireless billing address and service address have to match.

Address matching is an easy detail to overlook. AT&T bundle terms require the wireless account information and internet service address to match for applicable offers. Before ordering, check that the billing address on your wireless account is current and matches the address where you're installing internet. A mismatch can prevent the discount from applying until the account information is corrected.

How you pay for AutoPay changes your discount.

AutoPay and paperless billing can affect your total monthly savings. Under current AT&T terms, the full AutoPay and paperless discount generally requires payment from a qualifying bank account or an eligible AT&T-branded card; other payment methods may provide a smaller discount or none at all. Check the current terms for your specific internet plan before choosing your payment method.

You'll still get two separate bills.

Bundling the services doesn't mean AT&T combines everything onto one statement. Your internet and wireless services can continue to arrive as separate bills, even when you qualify for bundle savings. The important distinction is that the services are eligible to receive the applicable discount, not that they become a single billing account or statement.

Nothing here locks you into a contract.

AT&T Fiber and AT&T Internet Air are offered without an annual internet contract. That gives you flexibility if your needs change. Keep in mind that individual wireless device installment agreements or other equipment arrangements can have their own terms, so a no-annual-contract internet plan doesn't automatically mean every service or device agreement has no commitment.

Which AT&T Wireless plan works with the bundle

The general rule is that you need an eligible unlimited wireless plan for the applicable bundle offer:

          • AT&T Value 2.0℠
          • AT&T Extra 2.0℠
          • AT&T Premium 2.0℠
          • AT&T Elite 2.0℠

You can also review the broader AT&T Wireless plans before choosing your line.

How to order an AT&T bundle

Ordering an AT&T bundle is easy. Call AT&T and an agent will walk you through the following steps:

          1. Check availability at the service address.
          2. Choose the internet speed.
          3. Add or confirm the eligible wireless line.
          4. Enroll in AutoPay and paperless billing.

Once everything is active, watch your first few statements for the applicable credits. Remember, internet and wireless billing remain separate even when you receive the AT&T bundle discount.

Does AT&T have phone and internet bundles?

Yes. AT&T offers AT&T Internet and wireless bundle options that combine home internet service with eligible wireless plans. These bundles allow customers to manage both services under one provider while qualifying for monthly promotional discounts. Available bundle combinations may include fiber internet or Internet Air paired with unlimited wireless plans, depending on service availability at your address.

Does AT&T offer a discount for bundling internet and wireless?

Yes. AT&T currently offers an AT&T bundle discount for customers who combine qualifying fiber internet or Internet Air with eligible unlimited wireless service. Monthly savings range from $15 to $25, depending on your internet speed tier. This makes current AT&T bundle deals especially valuable for households already considering both services.

Does the $25/mo off bundle discount apply to existing AT&T customers?

Yes. For an AT&T bundle, existing customers may qualify for the full $25/mo AT&T bundle discount if they add an eligible new service and meet current promotional requirements. Existing wireless customers can qualify by adding an AT&T Fiber or Internet Air service, while current fiber customers may become eligible by adding a qualifying unlimited wireless plan. To receive the maximum savings, both services must remain active and meet all eligibility requirements for current AT&T bundle deals

Can I bundle AT&T Internet Air with a wireless plan?

Yes. Customers in areas without fiber availability can still access AT&T Wireless and internet bundle savings by pairing Internet Air with an eligible unlimited wireless service. This option provides flexible home internet service while still unlocking monthly promotional discounts similar to fiber-based bundle offers.

Do I need a contract when I bundle AT&T Internet and wireless?

No. AT&T Fiber and Internet Air plans typically do not require annual contracts. This means customers can enjoy AT&T Internet and wireless bundle savings without long-term commitments, giving households more flexibility if service needs change.

What happens to my discount if I cancel one of the services?

The AT&T bundle discount depends on maintaining both qualifying services. If either the wireless or internet service is canceled, changed to an ineligible plan, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the monthly discount will typically end in future billing cycles.

Does AT&T offer bundle discounts for seniors or military?

AT&T may offer separate promotional pricing for military members, veterans, and other qualifying groups. These offers may sometimes stack with select AT&T bundle deals, depending on current promotional terms. Customers should speak with an AT&T support team member to confirm current eligibility and available savings opportunities.
