"I gave 4 stars because my order got cancelled 3 times and no one knew who cancelled it. If I had not called to confirm time I would of been without service. Things were installed then I mentioned something about the fax and he took out his tools again. The service seems to be working ok. "Installation went without a hitch. Very cordial service men. In a little bit of a hurry to leave but did spend more time on installation than I expected.Went thru a bit of trouble getting my old phone number installed but finally did get it, which I very much appreciated. Total bill was more than I expected. Was told $146.00 and 1st bill was over $200. Hard on a man living on small fixed income. Anxiously awaiting to see the 2nd months bill. "I have had great customer service experiences almost every time I've spoken with an AT&T employee! We love our service! The only hiccup is that their pricing and fees are confusing, not very straight forward, and always a little more than I understood. In my experience that's true of all cable companies though. "So far, I've had a positive experience with AT&T Uverse. I left the cable company because they were not able to fix whatever was wrong with my connectivity- plus they didn't show up half the time! The service technician for AT&T showed up on time and was able to complete the job in one visit. The internet speed is even faster now.
