"I did call several times in the process of placing and changing my order, only once was a woman who spoke perfect american english, and she was the one who really explained so I could decide and placed my order. The other two were very hard to understand. My window was 9-11 and he arrived at 9:15 and it didn't take long at all. He was very professional looking and very helpful in explaining and answering all my questions to the point I was able to use it on my own after he left. Because all TV's have the boxes and their own remotes it is consistant for each one. With cable I only had one box which operated separately and that was the only one that had things available. I love the whole house DVR and I feel I am getting a lot more for my money than I was with cable. I really appreciated the level of professionalism and lack of tattoos, and language that make you wonder if you are safe or not. Great service and professionalism."
