"The installation went well. We did have to call the installer 3 times for issues, but each time he helped us correct a problem. He even came by on his way to Valentines day dinner with his wife for one of the issues! So far, our only complaint has been with the customer service call line! My husband was on the phone for over an hour, getting passed to person, to person, without even getting issue resolved! Eventually, he called the installer, who took care of it. We love the DVR part!"

"the at&t installor was professional he was able to not only install all of the new equipment phone TV internet, he was albe to spend time with the computor and printer and get them working wireless as well as checking all the rooms for proper network connections. Set up all Tvs and remotes wireless. The speed of the network is impressive as well as the wireless strength. this will be an enjoyalbe system to have and uses in our home. "

"The installation was great, however, there were problems with the first bill. However, the agent on the phone was very good and got the problem fixed with one phone call."
