"Everytime I have not used the internet for more than 6 hours I have to unplug and replug in the modem to get the internet back. It works but is a hassle"

"The service I recieved from the ATT workers I spoke with on the phone was fabulous. However, the prerecorded message was very frustrating; its suggestions were obvious to anyone who would elect to do a self-installation and was not helpful in the slightest. Once I spoke with an actual representative, the support was great. Thus far, I am very happy with the product and my service."

"I moved from Chicago to Peoria, and my Wireless Gateway didn't work with my new DSL service since it was configured for Uverse only. I called AT&T and talked to customer service. They sent me a new one. Thanks AT&T."
