A New York lawyer, seeking to wear jeans and a baseball cap to court, had his suit - his lawsuit that is - thrown out of court by a federal judge in Brooklyn. The lawyer argued it was his right to freedom of speech and liberty to wear what he wishes to court. The judge basically said, "not in my courtroom."
